1. What title will I receive when I purchase a home in T.A Gardens?
Home owners in T.A gardens shall receive good title by a Deed of Assignment which devolves from a Certificate of Occupancy.
Yes. 30% initial deposit will be required after acceptance of offer and the balance is spread for 12 months.
The First 100 Houses of phase 1 would be ready for occupation by March 2021. The next phase of houses would be ready for occupation in 18 Months.
Over 100 buildings of different types (2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom Super Bungalow, 4 Bedroom Semidetached Duplex on 300sqm, 4-bedroom Terrace Duplex and 4-bedroom detached duplex on 500 Sqm) are currently standing at advanced levels of completions, some of which are completed and ready for Inspection.
Alterations to the External features of the homes will not be allowed. Internal modifications or alterations to suit individual taste is allowed
